Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update of security measures for access within FAKT (Green Pass) premises

Instructions for suppliers, customers and visitors; Continuous operability of FAKT

  • 23/04/2021

Following the extension of the COVID-19 green pass certification requirement at the workplace, as provided for by Decree-Law No 127 of 21 September 2021, in order to remember that from 15 October to 31 December 2021 (unless extended) there is an obligation, including for access to our premises, to have and present — if requested — the Green Pass (Article 9f of Decree-Law No 52/2021 introduced by Decree-Law No 127/2021).

The obligation to possess and present, on request, the Green Pass does not apply to persons exempted from the vaccination campaign on the basis of appropriate medical certification. In order to enter the workplace, such persons shall be required to show, on request, a certificate in accordance with the legal requirements.

We would also like to point out that the verifications will be carried out at the time of access to FAKT premises, in accordance with the procedures laid down in Legislative Decree No 127 of 21 September 2021 and the company procedures in place. In particular, FAKT will limit (in addition to the verifications already foreseen so far) the activities in verifying the authenticity, validity and integrity of the certification by scanning the QR code with the APP VerificaC19, without this involving the collection of the holder’s data.

We would like to inform you that if you do not possess and/or submit a valid Green Pass, you will not be granted access to our premises.
